I am having the same issue as these guys,
I have tried ALL of the same things that the Support Teams have suggested.

I start the game, get the login screen, click to login and it just takes me back to the login screen.

I would also like to add, that, just like these guys I have a Ryzen build.

My PC
Ryzen7 1800x,
MSI B350 Tomahawk,
GTX 970,
16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM

From the looks of it it seems to be somehow related to Ryzen setups... possibly paired with MSi boards...??...

As stated in THAT thread, the Support Team mention that it is now a known issue.
Anyone else having these problems?

I have the same problem. Posted in the Tech forum. Everything stated on the troubleshooting page will not fix this problem.

I have an MSI board, so it seems an typical MSI problem with lastest bios upgrades.

I'm trying to downgrade the bios tomorrow, i'll hope that fix the problem

Not affecting all Ryzen boards, as my Asus one is unafected. Just logged into the game quick myself to see if I had anything similar, and I did not.

Thanks for the info.

So it is perhaps something more to do with the MSi board side then...
:Smile_great:

Given what I have heard of MSI, that would not surprise me.

Guys,

Downgrade the BIOS fixed my problem.

I' am using an B350 Gaming Pro Carbon

Ryzen 5 1600

Corsair 3200 Mhz 16 GB White

First i go down to BIOS version 7B00v16 with ASEGA Code 1.0.0.6b, it works for WOWS, but i was not able to use the memory at 3200 MHZ. I only got 2133 MHZ with half of capacity.

After that i go one BIOS version higher 7B00V19 with ASEGA Code 1.1.0.1, knowing that this ASEGA Code maybe won't fix the WOWS-problem....

Well, after flashing to 7B00V19, restarting PC and hell yeah it works on 3200 MHZ with 16 GB. Than restart again and the post-boot to windows feels shorter than before.

Than starting WOWS and it RUN!!!!!!!!

I hope you can fix it also for your pc's....
