I have the same issue (original font at the bottom, font after installing mods at the top):
 

It appears that the issue is caused by installing any mods in the "Ship Icons" or "Modification of the Combat Interface" categories. For instance, having the "Smart Horizon" crosshair, "Extended MiniCarousel", and "MXcamo" mods activated has no effect on the font. As soon as I add "Score Timer", "Regen Assistant", or any of the "Customizable Panels", the issue appears.

Old, working fonts are in Aslain's modpack. For example, in the ears of Hakabaza. I myself use the variant, so to speak, "new":

Sorry, I am not expert enough to understand this.

I´d say lets wait some days and let the Mod-Station guys have a look into the matter.

At least for me nothing else ist affected by this "bug" so far. It is just a cosmetical thing as far as i´m concerned.

I second that ...

To be on the safe side i cleared the mods folder and re-installed the ModStation.

Afterwards installed the mods i use from the Combat Interface section one by one:

- Spotted Indicator (by AutoSpy)

- Numbergress (by OlliN)

- Detection Timer after Main Battery Fire (by ancient)

- RegenAssistant (by BADoBEST)

- Damage Meter (by Monstrofil)

- Secondary Armament (by BADoBEST)

- Advanced Chat (by BADoBEST)

- Advanced Battle Loading Screen (by Roslich)

Each one triggered the change in the font display.

Since i have no knowledge about that stuff in any way whatsoever, i assume that those mods rely on some common game resource, which got jinxed somehow ;)

 

Anyhow, for the time being i certainly can live with the awkward font size :)

The fonts needed updating as a new super ship symbol was added to the game. Unfortunately, the problem was not identified during the mod update testing phase. In this regard, we will return the fonts of the previous version in the near future and update them as soon as we are sure that this will not create similar problems in the future.

Generally there are still bugs with some mods. Such as reloadtimer that shows the reload time (above HE, AP, torps) always. So still there are bugs, i agree.

Yep. It seems to be out of order for the time being. Was gonna post it here but forgot about it so you beat me to it.

Even though the mod is added it doesn't light up when the "microwave" is on.....

Score Timer mysteriously stop working today. It is installed, it just does not display.

There were no updates, or patches, it just disappeared from the UI.

Is there a hard-coded date restriction in that mod?
