Tested the Collision Avoidance with DDs and BBs - it looks good. Definitely an improvement over the old system.

I'm really considering to keep it activated after the patch and usually it was the first thing I recommended to disable for new players...

The Space battles are a good flavor to the game for those who want to play it i´m sure.

The ground grid is so hard to not focus on it´s to bright or some thing so other parts of the map and game play are to hard to see good option be a tone it down.

Over all the Space battles look like a game that can run on its own IP

Space Battles

 

This could be good, but as it is now it is to diificult to spot islands as the colorpalette is to similar on almost all Objects ... its also hard to make out islands on the minimap aswell

 

With that said I believe world of warplanes would be a much better engine for this mode

i downloaded the public test client and tried to load the game with my wargaming.net info and it says that it was denied.
I noticed i was sent to a russian client and that my email won't be accepted,even when i try to register with a new account.
Can you tell me what i am doing wrong?i downloaded the test client through the page of the gamecenter,it was more than 14 gb,i even fell asleep and when i woke up i would
like to see what it was and you can imagine how 'iv felt when it wasn't working :(

Hi Administrators of the test-runs.

 

I wonder if you would not get more test-players if you rewarded the players differently for the time spent on the test-servers.

I am suggesting the following.

 

1. Stop with the signals for rewards.

2. Give us all xp earned on the test servers as free xp on the live servers. (or atleast 50% of it)  this way we will not feel like we are wasting time on the test server, time that could be used to do progress on the live servers.

This way we would actually feel like we get rewarded :)

The new maps are... ugh.

Who the hell thought it's a good idea to remove the central cap when the game ALREADY suffers from unseemly tendency to produce lemming trains? So far I've only played one of these "new-and-improved" maps (Sleeping Giant) and it was every bit as bad as I imagined when I first became aware of the changes. Still, this particular map had its problems so I can understand fiddling with it - Land of Fire, on the other hand!? It was a great map with intense DD action in the middle cap, some island fun in the East and some open water play around the big island in the West - the change there is especially disgraceful. It's taking one of the best maps and wrecking it beyond recognition. Similarly Hotspot suffers a lot - the middle cap was challanging (not that much cover) but it was what made the game interesting, giving people some incentive to NOT just go around the map in a circular fashion, but actually either attack the middle (especially if you had some stealthy DDs) or secure one of the side caps and then push to the middle...

 

Not a single of the new maps seems better after the change. They range from slightly to much worse, making tactics less varied and more primitive.

No. Totally disagree with you here. Theres plenty players who actually join because of the signal rewards.

 

And I don't want to shoot myself in the foot here, but wouldn't giving all XP from the test server as FXP on the main account be totally overpowered anyway? I can't really see WG agreeing with this.

And if they would give a small percentage as FXP, chances are it will be a raw deal in the end.

Why change something that works?

I'd tend to agree here. The old location offered risky gameplay, but at the reward of being able to get a point advantage.

 

My suggestion would be to offer both variants in randoms. Perhaps give them another name or something?

I mean, why exchange one fun variant for another fun variant. And I actually like the idea of the D cap on the North map, it offers a choice. Not everyone will like that choice, but it offers some extra variety which I think is beneficial for the game in the long run.

I see your point.

I just disagree since I see the current situation as not working so good.

And regarding All the XP, I suggested maybe 50% or so.

I've a question regarding Missions and rewards:

The Event page in the game is not related to Round 2. is it?

 

- The only Missions are the ones listed in the Missions, that means: Mission Space 2, win 2 Battles in the Scenario Mode, and the 4 Space cammo missions in random.

Is it correct?

 

So The Play 3 Battles in random and 10x cammo is not valid

The Win 1 battle in Space and Premium day not valid.

(Mean not valid for the ones that already got it in Round 1)

50/50 of random games, where ship is equipped with space camouflage, ends on loading screen. In every game few ships are AFK. 
Sometimes restart client helps.

hello there i would like to share what i gone through today so i started playing on the test server and tried to do the mission that say play with (kurfust.des.moines.gearing.carrier.) with the space skins in random battles  i got the skins and everything but while loading the game i was stuck on the first loading screen without been able to load/play.at all that happened 2 out of 3 games i got stuck there with des moines and gearing but i was able to play with kurfust  restarting the game didn't work i did more than 4 times hope this helps

I would like to report that fps drops / stuttering, which happen on the live server(0.7.2.2)  has not occurred on the Public test server (0.7.3).

With which TX ships do you have to finish the mission to get the flags?

the 4 ones which have a mission connected or others (zao Z-52 etc. as well?)

 

I am sick of those vague descriptions on your mission if i have to be honest

This second extra task to get flags after winning 2 missions.

 

 

It just changed mission from "Newport"? to "Frontier", but lol?

The bots are deleting teams as they were ... bots...

Have you turned up the bots "skill" a few notches, because after 5 games I still have not won one.

The bots seem to be harder to kill and they are way more dangerous than previous times I tried the missions. Is this an evil joke you pull on us? :cap_yes:

Normally in missions its about getting 5 stars, 4 stars is seen as a loss, now a win with one star would be fantastic.
