I used to use it much more months (actually 1+ year ago) ago but now I find myself very rarely using it on my ships... the general map / threat awareness simply made it "obsolete"... This even more with dw torps since a 25% spoting range boost is still not much against torps with such low spotting range. I have some mid tier bb,s equipped since they are nimble enough to do some dodging and some normaly better perks are less usefull at that point. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
