Delete preferences file in the wows folder (backup it somewhere) and run the game.

It should recreate a clean preferences file.

The next step is probably to reinstall, but you can try to "Check & Repair" in the launcher if you haven't already.

I assume you haven't made any changes to your computer since it last worked, like updating drivers or something like that?

And how is game supposed to work withouth preference files??

Try it.

Make a clean reinstall on latest Graphic Driver (if you do not know how, then just Google "gpu driver clean install"). If you are using Laptop, make sure High Performance GPU is used and Power-setting are not set for Powersaver.

And if this does not help, make a clean install for WoWs.

Are other games working well?

From that screenshot it looks graphics driver related or it's running on a very weak graphics card. Do you play on a laptop or a desktop?

Many laptops have 2 graphics cards, one for every day stuff and one for high demand things like games.

To stand a chance of diagnosing the problem we need to know a bit more about your setup.
