That's exactly my build, no surprise as I got it from a different video of the same author.

 

I am toying with the idea to try RL, but I'm undecided on the 3 points talent that should be dropped... probably it will be TAE in the end.

I've dropped SI and Priority Target myself. 4 smokes and hydros are usually enough and the torpedo reload with both captain skill and module is just hillarious. And if detected it pays to assume everybody and their dog is targetting you anyway.

I went for 

Priority target, adrenaline rush, last stand, survivability expert, torpedo armament expertise, basic firing training and concealment expert 

 

Might swap bft for si... But for now, this is my setup

I spec mine for cap contesting. PT, AR, LS, SE, Vigi, CE and RPF. I provide early warning and the rest of the team/division handles the killing.
