Probably a german ^^^ , i have seen some insane speeds on their cable , do they use gold for cables?

 

on average i get about 250-350 kb/s on WG downloads, if im lucky it jumps too 500~ kb/s and its painfull man

I can feel your pain! I used to surf the internet with 4MBit/s 5 years ago, but it got upgraded to 50MBit/s (still copper cables though) eventually .. ;)

As said above ..

My power went off last night just as i was logging into the game, and game would not restart again "Critical error" :(

How can i avoid a full install if this happens.. , i know some file must of gotten corrupt

Isn't there a "check & repair this installation" tool included? I think I've read something about it.

Thinking about a system restore . but if it doesn't work its back to sqaure 1

i worked on a hetzner server before located in germany, it had 32gb ram ,  8 cpu's i think, when i was downloading stuff from that monster it was  5-10mb/s if i recall correctly, i was amazed tbh how  our internet is , to bad i couldn't play wows on that beast

Most data centers are around Frankfurt, which is a main hub for internet traffic. So it's no surprise to get such speeds there .. ;)

My university wifi is 1gb/s. 200mb dl takes about 2 or 3s ?. Then again I know your pain. Upgraded from 6-8mb/s to 50 a year ago. Boy was that something.

Best thing I ever had was the network at a student dorm right next to university. Everyone was limited to 100 Mbit/s, but the whole building had 2 Gbit/s.

I was the administrator of that network, so I plugged me into an 1 Gbit/s port...

115 MB/s, turned the Internet basically into a LAN.

There is the option "check data integrety" in the launcher when you click the settings.

Especially when downloading is the issue because of low speeds, that is the way faster option to repair the client.

 

Also Top Tip just copy the whole WoWS Folder somewhere else like on an external Storage. Then you can delete the whole folder if necessary and then replayce it with the copy from your SD. Now you only have to download the patches that came after that version.

Ouch , i tried that once with world of warplanes , suddenly i would warp into a mountain because of packet loss. not that engaging lol
