Like in smoke you see when it ends, there would be nice to see remaining time for your max. conceal after last shot fired... but this seconds would see also enemies to know if they should turn guns and aim for you. Or it would be a big cheat?

For ships with longer reload u can use the reload time as an indicator. Works ofc best for BBs... But some slowloading CAs are ok for that too. DDs (usually) and daka-daka ships shoot ofc way too fast.
