I have the exact same problem. I got booted by War gaming 'support' and they closed my ticket and basically told me to go [edited]myself. My machine runs fine, the only thing crashing since the update is WOWs.

Nothing helped. Drivers updated. I provided the same screenshot, had the game check it's integrity, ran a WG diagnostics and provided them with the report. After that they told me to download some unknown exe file and run it. The exe download location was riddled with ads and popups. The application gathered everything there is to know about my machine and network, hardware, software, firewall everything. I told them i was only willing to upload parts of the file they needed for looking into the issue but not the whole file. They told me they needed the whole file and then hard closed my ticket. I can't open it again.

GG WG. Nice work. You booted a paying customer.

My game works fine now :)
I just deleted preferences.xml from main game directory and from Wargaming Game Center I check and repaired the game.

Same here mate. I don't use that client by the way, i deleted them by hand from the directory too.

The behavior of WG support helped me decide I'm a free player only from now on :-) No more monies from me.

I had exactly same problem with technical service and customer service rep, saying they don't have a fix and they hope you understand and then to roll back to 8.1 Win. This is terrible manners from a company who rely on our monies to supply there income. To tell gamers to go away and close there tickets without fully investigating the problem, they caused. It's definitely changed my outcome on them also and from now on they can find there source of income from others. to offer no help and no refund is disgraceful. I sometimes think none of the Customer Service reps have any real training in game based technical help.
