Does Support Exist???

So 9am this morning I purchased some doubloons but still havent received them. 

Funds left my account as well.

Ticket logged but support seems to be sleeping or lazy AF, how long do they normally take to respond?

how did you pay? depending on the method it can take some days...

It normally takes up to 3 working-days (not weekend days) for them to respond, keep in mind that your ticket isn't the only one there princess.

If you want a fast response they could just automate it with a generic answer, but - oh surprise surprise - everyone would complain about the automated generic answers in that case...

It usually takes about 24hrs to get a reply, it all depends on how you worded your support ticket, if you gave them all the details they needed to check your claim, invoice from email or PayPal, Date etc etc, you should hear from them soon.

They are very slow and i told them how i felt about it. All they said was that they were sorry that i thought their support was less than average.

If you used paypal, then you should have received doubloons instantly. Anything else depends on the banks (that do not make transactions on weekends).

As for the support ... I can only say they are great. Maybe on weekends (specially sundays) it takes more time, but I had only good experience with them.
