20 DDs in a game (19 of them Longjiang) - any advance on that?

Despite the huge influx of new DDs I have found the queue times to be very acceptable.

 

T4 is where I spend most my time, and even in a DD the longest I have had to wait was 2 minutes 15 seconds.

Actually that's exactly why i don't bother much about grinding that line until mid-december. So far, i've just unlocked the T2 DD. I'll just let everyone else advance for some days, maybe have some fun mixing in conventional torpedoes with my Tachibana/Smith and care about the pan-asian missions later.

Too true, it will be really brutal, great little ship that with nice guns. Think the Kamikaze owners will be rubbing their hands with glee too, many seals to club that can't torpedo back.

I must admit, even though the damage I did was not what I wanted it to be, I had lots of fun playing my Mikasa, Tachibana (oh, those guns dakka-dakka-dakka), Smith (have a torpedo... and a couple seconds later have another one.. and don't bother to try to torp me, because you can't...)... even Albany and Emden were taken for a ride...

 

The greates problem was, I ended up on the teams with less potatoes - so all those PADDs got sinkered so fast, that sometimes I wasn't even able to do much damage... but 90% winrate (10 of 11) was fun though.

 

Oh, and I think a good nickname for that T2 PADD would be "Long Johns" 'cause when it gets hot they go down

it was fun watching torps not hit you and people trying to torp each other.
