Texas repair bundle question

Wasn´t the bundle supposed to be sold from today? I think it was announced like a week ago. Forum is all quiet and I dont see the bundles anywhere in premium shop.

 

Or did I miss something?

 

Pls let us make USS Texas great again and spread democracy with Steven Segal onboard....

@MrConway did say 9th.... The day is not over yet so maybe later or as Jethro says Tomorrow.. Friday is the normal launch day for shop related stuff

Not for the Ship of the Week bundle, which came recently every Thursday.

Have a question that may or may not be of importance to more forumites than just me.

Would be nice if @MrConway could look into the matter.

 

The project Valor on NA is split in different sections and each one supports a different charity organization.

Also, each has a unique commemorative flag (grand total 6(?)).

 

Comes the Texas with the flag, (already answered)... and do we get a chance to acquire the rest of them or is this a one-off thing? That'd be sad.

While supporting US veterans might not be everyone's cup of tea, i see an opportunity to start an EU version of similar charity events.

There wouldn't be even a need to create new commemorative flags as the NA ones could be used.

 

So, who'd be willing to throw moneys at WG for similar events (besides me)?

Could this be some kind of periodic event? Community could even suggest different charity-projects (there are a lot of ships that need it) and WG could pick on or let the community vote between a handful? That would be so cool. How does this sound / how are the odds? @MrConway

That's not something I can commit to, but if you have suggestions for projects and ships that we could support (preferably in Europe) feel free to mention them!

Same as all T5-Premium-Camouflage.

• -3% to detectability range.
• +4% to maximum dispersion of shells fired by the enemy at your ship.
• +50% to experience earned in the battle.

Sank yuu veri muts. Well, even without bonuses would have bought it to help the old lady. Still find it sad that the Allmighty U.S.A can't find money from state reserves to preserve their national history, but that's an entire different topic.

Looking in the shop it would appear that only the £30 bundle "All proceeds of this bundle help out the Battleship Texas Foundation." as the £23 bundle has no mention of the Battleship Texas Foundation.

Is this an oversight???

Otherwise it could look disingenuous that 2 bundles are on sale but only the larger bundle supports the USS Texas.....

It wouldn't look good that WG could be benefiting from people buying the £23 bundle thinking they are helping the Battleship Texas Foundation when they are not...

Both the "Save Texas" and "Lone Star" bundles have the same " All proceeds of this bundle help out the Battleship Texas Foundation" description.

The "Lone Star" bundle just has it as part of a longer sentence describing the ship. Someone just forgot to hit enter.

 

Also the Project Valor flag has a funny typo - " All proceeds from this bundle go to the Battleship Texas Foundation to. "

To what I ask? To infinity and beyond?

Question to any that has purchased this already.. Douse it come with normal Texas Camo as well.. Pretty sure i will get this to support the project (WD wargaming) But realy don't want to take her to sea with that camo.

Yes, it comes with the standard type 9 premium camo and the Lone Star camo. Stars and Stripes is available for doubloons.
