Originally he came with a freebie T2 USS Smith, but I transferred him to the tech tree DDs during the start of that grind - may have been T7 Mahan or T6 Farragut maybe even T5 Nicholas. During that time he's also served on Atlanta & Marblehead for extra source of commander XP. He originally became an elite commander sometime after obtaining Gearing and it's taken all this time since the commander skill realwork to promote him back up to elite status. Sacrilege I know, Mashum in a BB unthinkable, but it does happen... What a game. So we have three cap zones and I go for B with a Moskva and Halland for company... B is capped pretty easily and then we identify the Somers and enemy Gearing ahead of us who have just capped C.. My message to my consorts ' I am with you let's push'... I have 11km secondaries locked on the Somers so whittle him down as the Halland pushes chewing 7k of his health pool before Halland takes him out with guns. Our push has obviously thrown the Gearing into panic (A pushing BB 'OMG') and he bolts for the 10 line to regroup... He has blind fired some torpedoes and I eat 6 but come through with just under 50% of my health before healing.. As we have taken both B and C caps I need to cross to A from the SE to support the Gearing and Kremlin against Zao, Thunderer and a GK... I nail the Zao with two salvoes, Devo strike for me, just as the enemy Gearing to my rear gets radared and blapped by Moskva. I then focus on the GK who is heading to the Kremlin probably for the ram. My attack from his right flank must have caught him off guard because the turns to me leaving a beautiful broadside shot for the Kremlin and the Kremlin doesn't waste the opportunity so down goes the GK... Nothing left but the Thunderer and it take but a few salvoes from the Kremlin to sink him... I did nothing more than Chip damage in A but I return to port with +5 Karma... Halland sent me a message that it's nice to see a BB captain who doesn't camp.. Maybe Mashum has a new niche? Nooooo, don't be daft... 9 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I did manage to get a couple of 3 kill games is it . Here's one of those games. Gearing does the business whilst my team sit not knowing what to do... check out how far away they are as I chased down and killed the CV... even after near 9 minutes we still only have one cap (My Cap).. and not a single well done... 3 targets, 3 kills, 3 Devo strikes, -3 Karma... I had my Bandicam running so sit back and enjoy the video... Well, the achievement consists in discovering what happens when you're this short of credits that the post-battle expenses aren't covered.
