I had already completed the 18 free construction phases a couple of days ago, so I was just waiting for a proper time in order to make the most out of the premium time in the rewards. Also while doing the missions for the CV containers, the bonus one for Rhein dropped. I'll probably just use her in coop for getting the corresponding tokens and leave her at port afterwards. Some were won due to me playing good, some with me being a potato.. some were lost with me being a potato, but more were lost in which I did well... Today I only managed to win four out of ten battles... but at least I won one in which I did quite okay-ish... Jean Bart... and a team that did their best to throw a game, by declining to cap, DDs dying fast without any reason (except for one who did remarkably well and survived..) and me trying to fill in the gaps... I even had to cap and did so... Right from the start I managed to get some nice maximum range "RNGesus saved me" citadel hit against some poor sod in one of those russian heavy cruisers... and while I tried to support the right flank of my team at taking the C cap, they decided not to... As they all idled around without pushing forward and two of our four DDs already got sunk, I had gathered nearly 90k damage already, trading shots with three enemy BBs and managed to not get too much burned by two enemy cruisers... It was then, that I decided to storm into the B cap, as it seemed undefended (after an enemy DD had managed to take it, even though he took some hits from my secondaries). So into the cap I did storm, sending shells in whatever direction I could, hitting ships to the left and the right and sometimes even to the rear - that DD again, facing the nasty Jean Bart secondaries ^^ - while praying to RNGesus and the Gods Of Battle for my heals to recycle... In the end, I finished the game with one (!) kill done... some poor cruiser that was mentally challenged enough to show it's broadside to a Jean Bart at ~10 km... and 181k damage done to about 3/4th of the enemy team... I got the Fireproof Award... and Dreadnaught... and Confederate and High Caliber... and with some luck - and my teammates at least being able to sink the ships that I damaged severely enough ^^ - the game was won by points (right before I would have managed my second kill, as some poor Lyon tried to do an hero with only a handfull of HP left coming at me only about 5 km away around an island.. five seconds later my guns would have had reloaded and... ah well... tickticktick did the counter and it was over... and won... Surely not the best game I had in the last seven days... and not one in which I didn't curse my teammates... but at least one in which I managed to do something vital for the win :) 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Also i got the German Captain (4th star) so finally, Gneisenau will be back in action (she hasn't had a captain since i got Bismarck in December 2019, and i didn't wanted to put a low points cap on it). My fault, should have gotten that Donskoi. I got 3 cits on him. Three times he showed me broadside, but RNGesus said no BLAP. I think I must invest more in sending him sheep...
