First game of the day in the mighty K-berg. No shell hit taken, only a bomb and a pair of Langley torpedoes I didn't bother to dodge.

That thin armor is so much less of a problem when enemies ignore you completely

 

Also, High caliber + Confederate + Double strike + Kraken simultaneously

not impressed? Well TBH I'm freaking amazed I managed so much including 1 citadel plus 7 hits.

 

the frame rate went tonto at the start of the game, started freezing all the ships for 10-20 seconds at a time then race through those 20 secs like benny hill on acid. incoming shells still moved normally. also in the game where I had almost zero control, I dodged a full spread on torps from a gnevny, was ignored by the enemy carrier and an enemy fuso shot at me a lot but only did 5k damage possibly due to my angling as I couldnt get the rudder to respond at that point!

 

a win, I contributed (was actually in the middle of xp earned) but JEEZ!

Just unlocked the Izumo and had a great match with it straight away. I really enjoy how much armor it has and the turret layout isn't as annoying as one may think.

I'd play this game more. I'd invest money into this game and I'd love it day after day but the unconsistent RNG makes me feel like I'm playing a wonky slot machine in a casino.

So... I saw they added some OP gold cammo with the new patch... so I said wtf, let s try it, maybe I get a lucky first win with it cos it s foching expensive, 50 gold . Jumped into my foching Farragut and first battle, first try...  113 k damage, 16 k XP ( with some capped bases), 454 k credits.

I m a Farragut monster, 9 torp hits with the 6 km short range Farragut torps, lol.

I must have broken a record or something ffs.

My aiming was pisspoor in the first couple minutes, but thankfully a cooperative enemy (broadsides, broadsides all damn day!) and eventually getting my game back up ended in a neat victory.

 

Our division went seven for seven, despite matchmaking throwing us mostly into t8 games, plus this little gem:

 

Spent half that game trying not to get my ship shot out from under my arse by those two Izumo BBs. In the end did pityfully little to contribute to the team other than being a bulletsponge for a couple minutes, barely broke the 1k XP mark. The fail division was expectedly dead last in score.

I came somewhat short of your damage 22cm, but I did 112k damage with guns only. Fired 556 rounds during the the course of a 11:46 game.

It takes a little bit over 9 minutes to fire 556 rounds if you bring all 5 guns to bear and fire non-stop. And it was a never-ending brawl: I hit 224 shots, equaling a 40% hit rate. From first contact - about 1 minute into the game - I think I had every gun firing constantly as soon as I could bring it to bear

Though had to really work for it: That number of shells fired equals over 12 minutes of non-stop gunning.

I've always wanted to come close to this feat of yours Esa - and considering my game was barely 12 minutes long I think 9 minutes of non-stop gunning is a solid contender

I think my post was a bit premature ... my best game for that day actually was the next one after I took a break:

 

 

128k damage and seven kills in the Cleaveland. Was pretty lucky with the matchmaking though (I'd like to believe that was compensation for all those earlier games that day when MM was trolling me by putting my Nagato up against North Carolinas, Tirpitzes and Izumos all damn day).

Technically yesterday and not my personal one, but playing my Aoba, I managed to get into Shotgun range with a Kongo. Sending a perfect spread right into her path, I didn't bother to watch as I already had to keep an eye on the Myoko coming for my ship, so color me surprised that after 4 confirmed torpedo hits, the Kongo shot me in the back, still kicking with about a fifth of her HP left. Unfortunately for her, her captain decided to loop around for a proper broadside, putting the ship into position for the other torpedo launcer. Two additional hits later, the lady sunk. 

 

I may have forgotten your name, but the Kongo that was deserving of a postmortem unsinkable I will not forget any time soon.

 But that time be on our team And yes, the deck was stacked heavily against your team. Not only were you outnumbered in destroyers, but it was also a single bottom tier DD against a top, a mid and a bottom. MM was really drunk...
