Getting spotted by a sub or CV is bad, but only a CV can keep attacking me almost none stop with rocket planes for 1/4 of my health per attack whilst my AA does virtually nothing in return. A sub is restricted to torpedo reload times, slowness of the torps etc making it more balanced to fight against. Anyway, enough anti-CV rambling - Despite being down to 1500hp within the first few minutes due to CV focus, once it moved over to the other flank and left me alone I could get a good game going. I died to the old 5.9/6.1m exploit which is rare but I was in a DD fight with the Farragut during my run in on the sub and couldn't tell it's depth and drove straight into it's torps at 100m or less, which is totally my mistake. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The game below was an exception, so i hope there is no 1k limit in WoWS like there is in WoT, as usually, i BL only CVs and Smolensk players regardless of team. However, my teams were so , especially the BB , i had to extend that curtesy to all my team mates. First good game i had today, it helped a lot that my team was able to think at breathe at the same time. Was already out of reports so i couldn't report the CV for focusing me all game, so a special place on my black list will have to do. Also cheers sucker for the AA Def Exp award! Got my revenge on him later on, but despite firing 3 full salvos directly into his stern (he had 39HP left at that point!), i couldn't sink him, which would have given me the Kraken. This game gave me enough FreeXP, so i could unlock this baby! Time to grind out the ITA line again to get the RPs for the Siegfried and at the same time grinding the FXP for Ægir. 5 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You are right, but I won't. I already got the IJN BB line elsewhere. I specialize on one or two nations or even specific lines per account to avoid overcrowding a single account with hundreds of ships. It serves my need for having things neatly organized and within reasonable boundaries. Haven't read anything in the ToS that forbids playing multiple accounts, so I guess that's OK with WG. I had a very good teammates, supported me all the way. At some point it was my Nelson, cruiser and 2 DDs against 4 BBs, 2 cruisers and DD, and we pulled it off.
