Yep, it is. Was in a game with an enemy Hiryu and Lex, both nuked my accompanying Hiryu, then tried to get me. It did cost them, though, Not sure about the Flag which gives 10% AA efficiency. BFT + AFT + the module which gives +20%. Don't think manual AA is worth it since Lex does not have that much 85mm+ AA. If that captain ever gets up to 19 skillpoints, I might reconsider that, though. I can only imagine how murderous it must be with AFT! 7,2 max range with the dual purpose guns is quite neat. However, if you are out alone you only see enemy planes from about 6,5km max. Still, 20% max range on all guns is quite good. Again, I wonder if the flag would make it noticably more deadly. Note that this does not make you invulnerable to air strikes. It makes it very costly, though and even with two carriers concentrating on me, they needed two waves each. After the battle I wrote BigBadVuk pretty much the same thing I wrote further up, since he had been on the opposing side that battle. His only reaction was "lol".
