Including solo sneak-capping B only 8 min into the battle (our DD was off doing something else) and an epic last stand at B to secure the win despite a ship disadvantage. I'm playing a bit too much BB though - it's making me dumber every time I click battle! Ended with this fun match on two brothers - despite their double New-Mex and Graf Spee division doing a fail push through the centre, it was actually a pretty tough game at the end. Not much potential damage (maybe I wasn't as useful as I thought?) but some crazy torp beats - of all the torps that I dodged, I spotted 24 of them and didn't take one ! School holidays? ----------------------------- Warspite Game... Gr8 performance with a great team. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Minotaur. With another useless team...... Every ship I hit I held off until allies decided to support at B & C... finally I had no choice but to go for the Moskva at B at 16 minutes because Montana decided to miss with every salvo he fired, but with little health I had no chance, eventually Montana got a lucky hit before burning to death.. Our DM decided he had had enough and allowed enemy DD to get out of C cap and make good his escape.. The problem was the enemy where in a large blobb so advancing wasnt really an option. And they showed me broadside so Amagi tried to shoot me once, bounced and ignored me afterwards. So kinda i wasnt/didnt have to tank and at the same time enemies ignored me. [-IAN-] IanH755 Players 2,100 posts 7,141 battles Report post #9394 Posted November 28, 2018 [Co-Op] - Last game of the night and I took out my Worcestershershire as I'd seen a TX CV player in two games so guessed he was going into a third and my Worcestershershire just loves Tx CV games so it was just blind luck that I didn't get in a game with him but had a TX Bot CV instead.. It turned out to be 3 humans who all played their parts very well with some great comms between me and the Gearing. I spawned by A and provided AA and anti-DD cover to A-B Caps for the Gearing at A and the Hindy at B before doing 90K damage to the Yamato as I kept 4 fires on him. Then I solo capped A whilst supporting B and getting some nice fires on the GK at C who was pushing to B , all while keeping up my AA support. After the last attacking Bot died I headed north and farmed a few more planes before the gearing also got into gun range of the CV so I ended up sinking it rather than fully de-planing it (my plan). Two and a half minutes into the game I get caught with my pants down while launching torps. (I thought there would be RPF torps towards the ognevoi, who would (should) have been located before me) I can't evade, but I can turn and take two on the nose, "mitigating" the damage...
