Hoodies, mugs, pins, models, etc.. Afaik only the model kits come with bonus codes and in regards to WoWs stuff we'd probably be looking at (informations pulled from the item descriptions from the store page):

 

Tirpitz model with 

• 1 Static Invite Code for new players
• 1 Bonus Code (Emden, German Premium Tier 2 Cruise + Port Slot)

Essex model with

• 3 PC invite codes
• 1 PC bonus code (Smith, American Tier 2 Destroyer + port slot)

Atago model with

• 3 PC invite codes
• 1 PC bonus code (Japanese Tier 2 Destroyer Tachibana + port slot)

Or the Bismarck model with

Not a professional regarding laws but isn't this considered to be gambling which is forbidden when minors are involved? Mind you, this game is for people 12 years and older.

 

Anyway, if they really put stuff worth 100€ in a box for 50€, objectively you don't lose anything. So, why not? However, people tend to be unsatisfied no matter what they get because "but I wanted to have this one" or "my this guy got way cooler stuff than me".
