There's a piper at the gates of dawn but he's obscured by clouds. You could follow some leads to get a "stupid flag" (quoted from said Flag). Maybe this is related to "part 2" ? Then again i remember that gate being there and getting removed again ages ago(tm) so maybe, just a mistake. On then other hand we had a change of the file system with this update, so maybe something got mixed up? But then we should have more sightings of UFOs and portals...
