Christ, I knew it was bad... then I tried the ship out... (I'm a collector, don't judge me. Purely on the ship I would say, never EVER buy it).

 

So, not only do you have the awesome delay that is totally balanced and definitely not slapped on without ANY testing.... RETURNING planes, that clearly already dropped their bombs get killed = no bombs dropped at all. I had a squad drop and it got completely killed off while it was already moving away from the ship! the drop  animation already played several seconds before that when 4 planes were still alive.

Want to guess how many bombs were dropped (I zoomed in to see splashes)... If you could 0, you will be correct.

 

I cannot believe WG can actually with a straight face say this is working as intended. I guess they just embraced that meme in totallity now.

It is not. Notser said that WG NA told him that it would be recalled, but now WG doubled down. I'll edit it in a bit.

We didn't have many real Edited in WoWS, as most of the time players are buying the "we look into this matter" nonsense.

 

The Xmas Convoy debacle and Fochgatehave showed us one thing: you want something to change - set them on fire.

And it doesn't have to be strong language, just expose their actions where they can't do damage control: outside of the WoWS forums.

Maybe I should rewatch that video of Notser. But so far that I know Notser said "somebody at WG NA said". That still doesn't mean that it is an official statement of WG NA. So far that you know Notser spoke with the cleaning lady.

The AP bombs however are not working as advertised. The bombs supposedly fall for 6 seconds after they are dropped, but they actually don't and the bombers only release the bombs six seconds later because the feature wasn't tested before the ship was rushed out into the premium shop. This means that even after they are on their way back to the carrier all bombers that are shot down between the moment of drop and the moment of impact won't count as having dropped their bombs.

You are advised to NOT BUY GRAF ZEPPELIN in its current state.

You know, Notser wouldn't say that if it didn't happen. Unlike WG, CCs care about their reputation with the fanbase, which may be - while not a certain proof - but an indicator at least, that WG NA was told to sell it. And this could mean that WG EU was told to sell it as well.

I kinda wanted to make fun of Ishiro being obnoxiuous as always, driven by his mission to keep CVs OP while spamming weeb cartoons, but the thread developed into calling WG out for their shady business practices and TBH it is also the players fault. There are so many stupid whales here, some weeks ago a fellow forumite wrote that he "only buys ships that he really wants and premium time to keep stocked up" in order to "punish" WG EU.

 

Paying every year the price of several full price AAA titles in order to punish WG, top kek. Just ask yourself, have you invested more than 100 bucks into this game, then WG has gotten far more money out of you than they will ever need to keep the show running.

Yet here's the thing, having ALL your main staff at one event is a bad idea, there still has to be someone who has to be there, and this is again another fail from WG.
