I did not go into this anticipating to do as well as I did. Now I feel like a dirty, rotten, sealclubbing scumbag. Discuss. Pics of results: Spoiler And a bonus picture, showing the highest number of reward crates I've had from a single battle: Five, across four seperate achievements and completing step 2 of the 2nd RN BB missions. This wasn't as fun as when I and a teammate (in another Kamikaze) together humiliated a pair of Belfasts on the enemy team though... You think you feel bad OP? I had my 19 point Fletcher captain in that tier 2 ship. Wow... and I though 196k and 6 sinkers in the Minekaze would be fab @rvfharrier in the Smith my max is 51k and 3 sinkers... but 59k and 5 sinkers in the Tachibana I can offer. Or 105k and 6 kills in the St. Louis... or 86k and 6 kills in the Katori And 107k wit 4 kills in the Isokaze on my sealclubbing second account.. And yes, I admit being a sealclubber. [H_FAN] Gnirf Players 3,293 posts 67,343 battles Report post #13 Posted August 23, 2017 Sealclubber: I love playing with my Chikuma at T2 with 19 p captain - 89K is my record which is fairly OK for a ship with no Alpha potential like the DDs. Bogatyr at T3 (only 18 p captain) 7-8 times over 100 K but there I know there are several players with better results. Bogatyr is a ship that can deliver good results many times not in a single luck game. But Bogatyr has been indirectly nerfed as the BBs and St Louis (common opponents) have got their range increased - I have noticed that it is harder to reach outstanding results lately. But all these damage over time ships are due to good RNG with the teams - you need bad teams on both sides to get so good results. You can get Krakens and so on, but you need to burn BBs over long time to get the outstanding damage records and that the rest of the team are enough incompetent to not sink the various enemy ships too fast. Do not feel dirty at all. Well a little sometimes, I use them as warm up ships. I seldom start in my higher tier ships, I want a relaxed win to come into good play mode. Kamikaze (which I have) is a little more dirty as the seals can not fight back in the same way, if you open fire in your cruisers you do not do in stealth. I have a Fujin myself (oh well they are basically the same except for the camo aren't they) but yeah, you can potentially dish out respectable damage in tier 4 or 5 games and do well even at tier 7, I never have huge problems, except with radar (the darned Belfasts) because the 7km torpedo range kinda does not click too well when faced with 8,5km radar. Total agreement with this, I only have up to Tier 9 myself as the higher you go the more the game stagnates. Just my opinion guys but it seems there are an awful lot of others who think the same. I indeed have more fun in any battles up to tier 8 and then it tends to become a grind. However this is not to say that I have not had any fun games at tier 10, it has happened and I do try them occasionally (also I do not own many tier 9-10 ships either). Though perhaps this may also be due to overall lack of players at high tiers? All the same people, doing the same ole tried and tested tricks and predictable tactics and blah blah? Just a thought...
