0.6.10 Public Test 0.6.10 - Bug Reports

Captains,

 

Please share all bugs encountered in Public Test 0.6.10 below, using the following template:

 

1. Description

Clear and substantial description containing all necessary details.
Example: the cruiser Aoba: scout is inoperable.

 
2. Reproduction steps

A sequence of the player's actions which triggered the bug.
Example: 1. Select the cruiser Aoba 2. Enter the battle (Training or Random Battle). 3. Try to launch the scout.

 
3. Result

In-game experience resulting from the bug.
Example: When you press the scout activation button, you can hear the sound, but nothing actually happens. The aircraft stands still on the catapult.

 
4. Expected result

In-game experience which should have occurred if no bug is present.
Example: The scout has to be launched by the catapult.

 
5. Technical details
Example: Bug time: about 19:30 (UTC).Replay (attempt at 01:00), python.log, DxDiag.
 

If you encounter this error, please zip your ~\crashes\ folder, upload it to any online file storage and add the link to your report.

Tried launching the game after patching, I got the error that you show in your example

 
2. Reproduction steps

 

I tried deleting some gamefiles and re-patching to no avail.

PTS....Game freezes in port after launch....3 attempts and no luck. Never had a problem before.

1. Description

Switching to Fullscreen mode in Setting freezes game to blank screen. Only hard reset can recover the pc. (Any other mode works fine.)

 
2. Reproduction steps

Select Fullscreen in graphic settings and click apply or OK.

 
3. Result

Blank screen, no response to keyboard.

 
4. Expected result

Game should work as normal.

Yeah keep getting the crash page as well, tad annoyed as wanted to get to the lion.

None - Happened only once while clicking into random battle.

I had to shut the game down via the task manager, restart it and then it loaded into the battle properly.

The battle should launch without freezing.

The same situation happened to me.

The report I now present is the same I am quoting here. I only have to add the screenshot of my error message and the crash folder.

Hi guys,

 

If you can't log in, check the integrity of the files in the launcher by going to Game Settings - Check and Repair. Please let me know if this doesn't fix it in your case.

 

As for the bugs, I'll ask for more info and fixes if possible.

Tried checking integrity, integrity is ok.

Tried re-download, changing language, changing sound mode. Still every time when starting.

We're currently working on solving the endless login and crashes on launch.

 

While the integrity check can fix the endless login problem, I recommend deleting the PT build entirely and installing it again if you're encountering crashes. This should help until we come up with a fix.

I had a game in the Lion yesterday on Estuary where an Iowa was 4k away from me and still totally invisible?! There was no DD or smoke cruiser at that place? 

I attached the replay file and the incident occurs at 14:55 on the game clock and the sound dissipated at the same time.

Progress bar loads in combat missions loads across the screen

When clicking on combat missions in main menu screen first mission progress loads across the entire box

Middle turrent on T5 New York does not have the same angle as the rest of the turrets while the aiming point is showing all turrets pointing the same direction

In game aim the crosshairs on T5 New York towards the front part(edge of movement) of the middle turret)

What a heck is wrong with current PTS? Its the third day of PTS, and im stil unable to open game without problem.

Every time I start this PTS 0.6.10 my port is loading ships in infinite, and all tasks and missions are ''blind''. I try to exit game but menu is not responding -.- .. then I try to force game shut down via Windows Task Manager but WTM wont appear since my PC has stuck in the black screen, so I had to restart my PC manualy.

Anyone else have this annoying problems?

I had got pink for 11 games after a ramming damage of 400HP on tier X game.

What: Unable to access Clan-tab in Port (get Err 403)

How: Try to access Clan-tab (directly or via invitation into existing clan)

Else: Go Back-link in Error-screen not functional as well, have to quit via esc.

Is this gonna be fixed in the very last moment of PTS on 22nd?

 

This is the last time im wasting time on big patches to download.

i have crap PC,  almost 7 years old and i have no problem with PT and game

and i have even underclocked graphic card from 1015 MHz to 900 because i had problem with Black screen dead (BSoD)

but this was Graphic Card problem, overclocked from manufactury, not game problem
