iMAC Issue

Hello,

 

I have started by contacting support but I was told they had a limited scope of support when concerning MAC computers.

I do apreciate the reply, however my issue remains.

The game always worked fine but after last week update I stoped being able to play.

To resolve this: 

I have spoken with support, no joy.

Updated my iMAC, no joy.

Uninstaled/Instaled game several times, no joy.

 

Issue is:

The client starts and allows me to hit play, game loads and asks for account information and a few seconds after it starts loading this step I get an error message (You can see it in attach).

Anyone has any idea of what I could do?

Mine does exactly the same - done all that has been suggested and nothing works. Have given up and joined the dark side - Windoze laptop arrives tomorrow. WG should stop advertising that this game is playable on a Mac.

Been hearing plenty of this tale concerning mac users, it's not the first time a game update completely breaks the game for mac users and quite frankly I find it rather silly that WG advertise this game as for both windows and mac. A friend of mine couldn't be arsed with this and went to buy a windows computer because of it.
