Darksith_77 Players 117 posts 10,043 battles Report post #1 Posted August 6, 2017 Well i left my game to take a smoke - and my teenage son decided it was a good idea to use all my elite xp and free xp to train 4 point captain on a dd , when i came back i saw what had happened but had no way to REVERT it , I lost 200,000 elite xp and another 200,000 free xp and i want it back . it was a un intentional mistake , i have made a ticket to WG just wanted to know can i get my xp and elite xp back. Maybe the customer support can help you out of goodwill if they find your reason to be compelling but I am not aware of any rule stating that they have to. After all you let someone else play with your account and they can't really find out if it actually was your teenage son or you yourself anyway. But asking won't hurt. And maybe you should have told your son (no matter whether he is a toddler, a teenager or an adult) to ask you before he does anything but clicking the battle button. After I'd sobered up the next day and gone through the garage with an increasingly sinking feeling, I contacted Support to see what they could do and they offered the roll-back option. Well this is easily fixed. Simply cancel his future allowance and use this money to convert ship XP to Free XP. Free XP can be used as Elite Commander XP as well. That's why I don't have kids... On the serious note though, crap happens. Nothing to worry. 200k elite xp is only few good battles with all bonus signal flags, so not a big deal. 200k free xp, although not as easy to grind, is not that much either. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
