Spoiler Mission: Battle of Savo Island Restrictions: Random battles, Cooperative battles, Ranked battles Once per account Any ship can be used Conditions—over any number of battles: Get 50 ribbons Rewards: 1x Credit Container Mission: Battle of Savo Island II Restrictions: Available once Battle of Savo Island I is complete Random battles, Cooperative battles, Ranked battles Once per account Any Tier IV+ ship Conditions - Over any number of battles: Deal 100,000 damage to enemy Cruisers Rewards: 2x Signals Containers Mission: Battle of Savo Island III Restrictions: Available once Battle of Savo Island II is complete Random battles, Cooperative battles, Ranked battles Once per account Any Tier IV+ ship Conditions - Over any number of battles: Deal 50,000 damage by setting enemy ships on fire Hit enemy ships 250 times with your main calibre weapons Rewards: 3x Consumable Containers Mission: Battle of Savo Island IV Restrictions: Available once Battle of Savo Island III is complete Random battles, Ranked battles Once per account Any Tier VI+ ships Conditions - In a single battle: Be among the top 3 players by damage in your team Deal 25,000 damage by setting enemy ships on fire Rewards: 1,000,000 Credits Mission: Battle of Savo Island V Restrictions: Available once Battle of Savo Island IV is complete Random battles, Ranked battles Once per account Any Tier VI+ ships Conditions - In a single battle: Be among the top 3 players by damage in your team Get 200 ribbons Deal 40,000 damage to enemy cruisers Rewards: 1 x Damage Control System Modification 2 Final Reward: 10x Battle Hardened camouflage I think it's a vast improvement over the previous rewards for the early stages of the mission. Especially since you get on average more for your efforts. Sure the end reward is rather small being 10x camos (plus the stage V DCSM 2), but the requirements for all the stages look tailored for the average gamer and not the unicum player. I'm pretty happy with what I got from stages 1-3 and if this is the future of the weekly mission then I'm happy with the change, especially compared to last weeks requirements where you needed to sacrifice a baby goat to RNGesus to even have a shot at stage 4. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They are fixed to be what you can read in those notes about the weekly mission. First one is a credit container, second one signals and third one consumables. They won't be anything else. zaaaaaaP Players 107 posts 13,220 battles Report post #5 Posted August 2, 2017 Be careful guys, once again the website says for the final stage 5 "Any Tier VI+ ship", but ingame it says "Japanese ships of Tier VI or higher". Last week it was exactly the same, website said "Any Tier VI+ ship", but ingame it was "German Battleships Tier VI or higher". And people were already cheering for slightly easier requirements this week. To finish the mission you'd need a lucky Akizuki game or a good BB game with many secondary hits. And for what? A measly upgrade worth 1mio. silver and 10 camos... Yeah, since the latter is unlikely I have to go for the former, which is not going to be fun with 40k damage to cruisers. I mean it can absolutely be done, but it will be a pain since I only have one realistic candidate for it and I still have to do enough damage to other ships to get third place in damage. Mogami 155 can also do the mission, or Zao with a really good game. But yeah, the national requirement makes the 5th stage the usual difficulty for half the reward... Is there any reason why you are giving away 10 camos for the 5th mission rather than 20 in many previous missions? Maybe stats show that too many are completing the missions? Maybe some of us have accumulated too many camos? Like how you nerfed flag containers from 5 flags to 4? Or maybe you want to laugh at the EU server again? The mission rewards aren't "free" because to get them you have to play, sacrifice your time and energy that you could be spending elsewhere. And since time is worth more than money we are actively "paying" for those rewards. WG needs to entice people to play their game, since we can all do something else instead.
