Hey everyone,

 

So just looking for some feedback really on those of you that currently own the Missouri.

Is she worth it? And is she fun to play?

 

I currently have about 150k free XP saved, and I'm able to convert the rest (using doubloons) to be able to purchase her.

Now, with the event that's currently on. I can save myself about £20, due to the 35xp=1 doubloon.

So, in my mind it's a now or never thing.

 

However, how often does WG do events like converting all your free XP for "free"?

And again, is she worth it? I here she prints credits like a boss.

 

Any feedback whatsoever would be appreciated!

Get it you won't regret it. But it is probably going to be around still for a long time if it would not be then there would be a storm of complaints from those who are grinding toward it and doubloon conversion you also have from time to time 600k converse is still a lot even with discount.

Even without premium time and flags you get plenty credits.

Musashi (Yamato sister ship) will come at some point and it might be for freeXP as well, but nobody knows. 

 

However captain Yamamoto next update could be a sign that it is not far away.

I saved my free xp and got it that way, more satisfying for me but if you want to spend the money i say go for it. If you like the Iowa or NC Id say get it, the radar allows you to be more aggressive. The guns are fantastic, great credit printer. Always have great games in her not like the complete opposite Izumo grind im struggling with.

I'd reccomend it and I'm not even someone who enjoys playing BBs normally. It's an Iowa (one of the most enjoyable BBs in the game) that prints credits and has a borderline broken consumable, plus you can train any captain you wish on it. 

 

I'd recommend trying to grind out more exp before you get it though. Mine was totally free and it felt great to get such an excellent premium with no monetary impact.

Is she worth the 750K FXP? That's up to you. Is she fun to play? Absolutely if you like BBs. And even without radar she is a very nice ship (I mean when radar is not used. For me radar is just a nice, though understandably very powerful situational tool.)  Is she worth it? For credit printing she's the supreme queen of them all.

 

 

I remember laughing myself when she was introduced that only idiots would burn 750.000 FXP to get an Iowa copy. But then later I got her too

 

But no regrets at all. She has become one of my trusted ones, an absolute joy and pleasure to play.

Save your free xp and buy an Alabama when available. She is a lot more fun.

I have her too, but converted only 5000 doubloons on a sale, so most of the boat is grinded, but used up nearly all papa papa flags and other camos with freexp, the new year camo etc.

If you got more money then time yes buy and convert, if you got more time than money, wait as the 35:1 FreeXPs comes from time to time. If you have summer sale doubloons (from buying Premiums that you had at 50/30% off with full doubloon refund) over this is psychologically cheaper, then you may have a go

Missouri (Iowa) is much faster but so it is different one thing is also your future strategic use of FreeXP, and the money you wish to invest in WOWs.

The Trumpboat prints money in 1 good game you can get 1 million+ also the radar can be deliciously trollish.

Add to that the tears of those who blame their demise on you being a OP premium wallet warrior and you will have an amusing time salt mining.

 

But it is still an Iowa showing broadside will get you a spanking but even in those situations you wont end up losing money.

So you have a great US BB prem, getting the Mo will be redundant. I say wait and sit on your free xp for either researching new lines or the Musashi which may come.

i bought 39 euro's worth of the Christmas containers, they gave me 2x prinz eugens, a gremy and a sims plus 3 x 1250 dubz, so with the dubz i got from the second prinz i converted the ammount i still needed for the Mo (when there was a 1:35 special on) i don't regret it...

and i'm back up to 625k free xp again, so i hope they do release a second free xp ship soon

Because Alabama is often not on point.

Don't know about Alabama but Missouri with accuracy module is very accurate, easy to hit targets.

I often feel like this. Alabama is very much a hit and miss with RNG Jesus.

Well after the Missouri grind I have used the freeXPs normally, i.e.. high tier ship upgrades B-hull etc so it is first now after I freexped the modules on Z-46 that I can collect FreeXPs again for a future ship.

The ship is very good, despite having very RNG guns in my experience, stealthy, fast but not very agile, god-tier AA with good secondaries and, since the Citadel lowering, it's able to tank more now.

 

It prints credits even in a loss (or in co-op) but T9+ gameplay can be absolute garbage so if you're already a T9+ player and like spending 10 minutes 20km sniping followed by a mad yolo rush as your team gets wiped out after only killing 2 ships then yeah, go get her!

 

Credits - With the new economy flags I've made 1 million credits on a loss! (880k-ish after "tax" IIRC)

I assume Ianh755 has limited experience on other T9 BB's, so I will correct something... The secondaries in Missouri are the worst in T9 BB, but the guns are very accurate, AA is very good. It is great T9 BB. Income was better than I expected. Over 100 games on her, 59% wins in solo games. I recommend tank build vs fire, since most planes avoid you.

Depends on whether or not you like the high tier USN BB playstyle, which relies more on positioning and concealment than raw armor to survive. If you do, though, Missouri is a great ship to have.

 

And ofc glorious Trump Wagon prints [edited]-loads of cash.
