I ve read LittleWhiteMouse's review (very nice analysis as aways) though and I maybe changed my mind about her. It is "ranked" as a "mehboat", I think its terrible torp arcs and zero AA will hurt. Doesn't count. Sims has the 2nd or 3rd best destroyer AA per tier in the game. It's more usable than most tier 7 cruisers. Every other DD in the game struggles to shoot down 1 plane. This is why i always disagreed with the Cambelttown Reviews. She has the same Arches as Graff Spee..
