Edit: although "final bundle" is as far as i know WG every ship on sale so far in one bundle for amassive amount of hard cash.......

Well, if you owned some of the ships on sale, you could have bought them and got gold with 50% discount, basicly making you able to buy all gold ships at 50% discount. Not enough?

Might as well be, the Russians get 28 single offer ships in the sale, we will most likely get an overpriced bundle. Which most people won't be able to afford.

If it'll be so tomorrow, then WG will have proven that they desperately need someone with a background in sales for their team.

Because we don't have enough premium BB potatoes in the game right now. That is really what the game needs right now.

Well with 198 battles played I'm not sure if you really should be getting a tier 8 BB yet tbh. It's your money and all that but I wouldn't recommend getting a tier 8 anything until you hit tier 8 in a branch. But that's beside the point, the sale isn't over quite yet so just wait and see.

In all honesty, I'd put bbs on sale too if I were them. It's not on summer sales the meta should be fixed.

i expected a childish comment like this, have you ever heard about supporting the game? and collecting ships? i myself am big nerd when it comes to WW2 ships, and this game is IMO a good way of collecting ships and helping to support the creators of it!

You can do that with Premiumvariants of every other class too.

Since all those ships you have mentioned ARE in fact BBs you akwardly fit in a certain kind of group that picture is aiming at.

So I am not really conviced that all you want to do is "support the game" and "collect ships"

Hood is to new. There would be a Riot if it was available at half price so soon after being sold for the first time. Tuccy(Think it was Tuccy) made a comment in one thread somewhere saying hood would be on sale again and people think he means summer sale.. I very much doute it

Maybe it's WG's subtle way of saying: we have enough BB, buy and play something else.

OP, Dunkerque was on sale recently and that's a BB with a challenging and different playstyle. It also has a quite sad story behind it (sank by your own allies, go figure). Did you get it? Hope you did and supported WG :) Or is T6 not high enough?

She was Scuttled by the French in 1942 to stop the Germans taking her. Heavily Damaged by the RN 2 years before at Mers-el-Kébir thanks to the Stupidity of a French Admiral. Who felt insulted that a RN Admiral did not leave his fleet in wartime while at sea in a warzone to come talk to him. Refused all the demands of the RN commander even though one of them (sail to the USA and be interned.) was one of the orders he had been given by his superiors in order to avoid capture

The RN shoots neutral ships in their harbor and you're actually trying to pin it on the people being shot at?

They were not Neutral.. they were from a surrendered nation. With a real risk of being taken by the Germans. UK could not afford for them to fall in to German hands. they were given a number of choices. One as i said was to sail To USA where they would be interned for the Duration of the war(USA was still Neutral at this time). The French Admiral had orders to go to USA as well. But he was insulted that Admiral Somerville did not go in person. So refused any of the demands even though one was the same as what he had in HIS orders..

The French Admiral when he talked to his government did not inform them that part of the ultimatum was to go to America. As i Said he had orders that if a Foreign Navy tried to take his ships he was to attempt to go to America. So yes it was the French Admirals Fault

 

What happened in Mers-el-Kébir was a huge tragedy that could have been avoided in the French admiral had not been an idiot. But Churchill and the RN could not risk ships like that falling in to German or Italian hands
