Looks like Kongo to me. Not really British.

Looks quite similar to Emperor of India (Iron Duke Class).

I think it is a Renown Class BC.

You guys realize, it has only one funnel? It´s a British battleship of the R-class.

It is definitely an R class BB, having only 1 funnel, which is quite close to the bridge structure, and shows none of the curving of the trunked funnels of the QEs.

However, we can go one further.

From the 2 fixed torpedo tubes in the bow (That flat rectangle in the hull underneath the guns of A turret), it has to be HMS Royal Oak. The underwater tubes were removed from all the Rs, but none of the other R class BBs carried torpedoes in the bow which Royal Oak had fitted to her in 1936.

I'm fairly confident that you have your ship now, despite the blurry picture keeping a lot of the other distinguishing details out of focus.

It is a Queen Elizabeth after the first round of refits when the two funnels got trunked but before the Queen Anne's mansion bastardization I would say.

Thanks Trainspite for the knowledge ^^. I came to same conclusion, but not with knowledge, just by googling "british battleship in Valencia" which brought a picture of HMS Royal Oak:

And yeah, it indeed looks the same.
