It's a replay file.  In a Shinonome, I had the only two kills, a mixed cap, and some dink in a Fuso sitting way the hell in the back somehow camped his way to the top score.  

It's already "easy mode" - now it's also apparently "win mode" to play a BB.

10k damage is less than 1 ship worth of relative damage even if you dealt all of that to DDs. And the cap wasn't solo. 

 

Your best case scenario is something along the lines of

   0.9 ships worth of relative damage

+ 0.4 ships worth of kill bonus

+ 0.2 ships worth of capping

= 1.5 ships worth of relative damage

 

It's not difficult to do better than that.
