Jeah sadly Season 4 was last year so you will have to start over again i guess. BB - Fuso, Bayern, New Mex and premium Arizona, Warspite, Mutsu and Dunkerque. No p2w. CA/L - Aoba, Budyonny, Cleveland, Leander, Nurnberg La Galissonniere and premium Molotov, Admiral Graf Spee, Perth and Duca d'aosta. Loads of variation and Molotov debatable p2w. DD - Fubaki, Hatsuharu, Shinonome, Farragut, Gnevny, Ernst Gaede and premium Anshan. No p2w. CV - Ryujo and Independence. No radar or gimmicks so just good old fashioned teamwork with some solid ships. Might just have the patience to go past level 10! I've never really had the patience to grind out the ranks playing solo but I think if I division up with clan members we could have a real blast .
