[PFJ] JonNicholson1995 [PFJ] Players 6 posts 4,221 battles Report post #1 Posted April 18, 2017 So im playing this game and minding my own business when im killed so i watch the game and in the chat there's this guy flipping at another player because he sent a message because he was mad at being set on fire repeatedly by the same guy, this then descended into him calling this person autistic, using "you're an afro american" as an insult against him and then using "you're a f****ing homo" as an insult. the best part is this person tried to get the guy he was flipping at banned and me banned for trying to defend A autistic people B african americans and C gay people.. what goes through these peoples minds and why do they feel the need to be so salty? nobody was like this when i started playing this game so why all of a sudden am i stumbling upon absolute scum in my games and why do they seem to get away with it? I'd love a report feedback system so i knew my reports had at least been acknowledged and not just brushed under a carpet allowing this guy to continue being hostile, racist, prejudiced and homophobic in the chat. You can usual point them out at the start of the match.... Hope this team is better than the last 10 games lost by morons etc... always the first to die then start flaming the chat... nothing new I'm afraid, always worse during weekends and holidays.. I can't understand why people freak out and take offence over anonymous people venting and slinging verbal abuse at other anonymous people. However how hard would it be to implement a swear filter in the in-game chat to at least cut out the worst of it, and if they did then maybe support could afford to deal with complaints about chat abuse.
