While checking the bio of the submarine that statement made me wonder if it's only giving 1 port slot using the submarine slot without having the chance to play the submarine:-

"Half Shark, Half Shrimp.

If you compare with other Games/Companys WG actualy managed to Troll the community with the Sub as everybody thought we will be able to Play it.

There is one more thing that may piss many off. Some of players may get a 15 point Orlan commander, but the majority will get 0 point commander. So what's the deal? Apparently, those people how moved the commander to reserve before the first patch of 0.6.3 came out get the good commander, the rest gets a useless one. This is info from the RU forum. I could not understand what exactly was the issue. This may or may not apply to the EU server, since they got 0.6.3 one day earlier and may have had other problems initially, which did not occur one day later when the EU cluster had roll-out. But the whole situation just shows how much of a mess this update has been.

I don't know about a 15 point captain but I have a shedload of RU captains that I don't actually need.

 

Something like about 6 captains of various levels, including a 12 and two 10s that are surplus.  If only a few of those could be for other nations

Except I have more port slots than I'll ever know what to do with. Between multiple ARP events and various other events and some containers, I have dozens upon dozens of them spare despite having just under 50 ships in port - and I've never bought one. When compared to last year's bath tub event, this year is shockingly bad, in fact 2017 in general seems to have seen WoWS plummet dramatically.

Never mind the port slot, they should let us keep Russianbias as the first cross-nation captain. That would make up for the game-breaking bugs and the constant ''how I play sub'' questions.
