But Trouin, Emile Bertin & la Galissonnière ?.. I just don't know what to say at this point. "The Tier 4, 5 and 6 French Cruisers were remotely playable and enjoyable, this will be fixed with the next patch." Why would you ever pick la Gali over Cleveland or Budyonny now ? NOT okay, tier 1&2 get a reload buff... who cares... 3, 4 and 5 get the same reload of abyssmal 12 seconds... to get used to the later tiers? that seems horrible, but well... you have to go through (or is wargaming afraid that we might play them as the best parts of the tree and not free exp them?) same goes for the tier6, afraid of having it competitive? Algerie has faster turning turrets... i wasn't aware that this was her problem, but we probably should take what we can get. 8&9 get a nice reload buff... okay, that seems nice indeed, can't complain about that tier 10... the great mystery... okay, a typo in the krupp values? seems some testers where right with that strange impressions they had air drag reduced too, now i will hope that the penetrations are better... but i am 99% sure that they will still be significantly worse than moskwa? Alright, mental exercice.Sell me the Galissonière with 10 seconds of reload over the Budyonni. Sell me a ship that received a STAGGERING 33% nerf in potential DPM. Because that's not a tweak, that's a massive blow of the nerf hammer. There is literally no point in 6" guns if you can just get 8" guns with 2 more seconds of reload. She was a good ship, but nothing really special. How does that warrant what I repeat is a 33% nerf to dpm? That's unprecedented in the entire history of the game. It's just as fast but with more HP. T4 looked fine. T5 needed a nerf, but I don't know about 12 seconds. 9-10 seconds reload seems alright to me. T6 didn't seem to need a RoF nerf. If it was too powerful, just cute the range a bit maybe? The other buffs seems fine. I feel so bad for Ibuki and it's terrible 15 seconds reload now. I thought Henri's gonna get a bigger buff. Omg... 12km torps is not a buff, it's a nerf. It will make people shoot useless torps from range which will only endanger their allies in front of them Seriously.. this isn't a buff at all.
