  • The battle may spontaneously crash. At the same time, the current ship is blocked in the Port and the attempt to start a battle on another ship results in endless loading. Restart the game client.

  • Performance drop on low-end computers after an extended time of running the game - Effects seen after 2-3 hours. - Restarting the client resolves issues.
  • Graphical and interface issues may arise when using a double-monitor set up with some computers.

My credits didn't update for a while. When I re-logged they update to the right amount.

I didn't take screenshots and have no idea when it happened though. I'll see if I can reproduce it in some way and file a ticket if I can

Free experience amount is blocked by a wargaming icon, this causes you to click it, while you cannot use the function. At clicking on it is only visible before entering battle. After the battle the wargaming icon is blocking the amount as in the beginning.

Can you give a quick system-specs of your computer? (I believe the biggest concern is over the graphics card you're using... however i'm sure other stuff will be helpful for assigning the issue too! :)) What settings were you using as well?

i found this little bug: http://puu.sh/gArXp/223b2b3a4d.jpg

couldn't find it in the list so yea mayby unknown?

and yes they where landed, at some point they dissapeared and came out of the carrier i was fighting

That's a known bug :) And from what was determined today apparently a rare one... how often have you seen this happening might i ask?

If you click to the right of the logo then close the free experience conversion window after that, it should fix it for you hopefully :) If the problem continues, would it be possible to post your monitor & graphics information here to see? (Screen size/resolution, GPU, ingame resolution/ appropriate detail settings where possible).

Yesterday I had an issue a couple of times with the UI not responding properly. In port, you can f.e select an upgrade, if you click on purchase nothing happens. In Battle, it seems to recognize the key input, f.e pressing the "W" will lite up the little w above "Flank Speed" so it shows it was pressed but doesnt do anything, almost as if the client thinks the Battle counter is still on. A friend, who is also in CB, had the same issue. Wasnt able to reproduce it, so cant narrow it down.

I have an issue with the graphic setting GUI. I have already notice this issue in the Bata weekend but I didn't know how to report this bug back then.

This bug might occur due to the fact that I am running an 3 monitor surround. I wish this issue is going to be sorted out because I hope in the near future I will be able to enjoy this game in an 3 monitor setup and to have the ability to change the graphic setting to make the graphic quality even better.

Sounds like airgroups are wrongly identified in voice messages when selecting a group [to be confirmed by examples]...

Have you pressed the "free experience" text just below your the total? there's normally a solid hitbox there to give it a quick-fix until they sort out the boxes regarding account levelling.

Did not see this one in the OP list -

Randomly, maybe every 10-20 matches, I get a graphical glitch where the ship and view appear as though underwater.

Happens both ingame and in port.

Only solution at present is a quick log out and in of the game.

No other effects noticed when doing so.

Running win 7, 64 bit,  i7 920, 6gb ram, GTX 285, running the game at medium/high settings.

I seem to suddenly get massive lag, with 0-2fps even with all graphics settings set to low, during game. I may get two or three seconds of normal fps (between 25-50fps on my setup depending on graphics settings), but then it starts stuttering. This started suddenly today around five on the afternoon (+2 GMT), and hasn't abated since. It's totally unplayable. Ping is stable at ~150 which is normal for my connection. After I get sunk (easy, since I can barely maneuver and/or fire), I can spectate at whatever stable fps my gfx settings allow, with no stuttering.

I have no idea what's going on, and its driving me quite nuts.

EDIT: figured out part of the cause, it was MsMpEng.exe scanning itself while running its scan in the background that was taking all of one CPU core and a ton of memory. Fixing that and turning on VSync and triple buffering returned my FPS to playable levels, though there's still an odd FPS drop whenever more than one ship shoots at me or there are torpedoes near my ship. This FPS 'freeze' doesn't seem to be affected by any graphics settings at all, currently playing on medium and getting 30-50fps outside of the drops. Very odd.

I noticed a few glitches.

1. When I shoot with guns "Fuso" and I turn on the camera tracking missile missiles often being taken at goal but the game does not count hits for me.

2. When I shoot with guns "Fuso" and I turn on the camera tracking missile missiles often do not get the goal but the game includes hit.

3. Destroyers can twist themselves around especially when there are some islands - it is annoying and sometimes kills.

4. When you sell the ship if you want to leave some of the modules and we use gold, the game is locked and can only be turned off.

5. I am often crashes the game.

For now, that's all.

Finally identified my persistent connection issues (refusal to connect to the server - intermittent dropouts and inability to get into a game) as a bug in the client application when running Win7 64-bit on a Phenom II 960T (with AMD 770 chipset).

Symptoms:  Running a Wireshark packet trace (https://www.wireshark.org) shows that the client and server are not exchanging alternate UDP packets between client and server (as happens during a normal login session) - instead the server is sending out a constant streams of packets, and occasionally the client will send a few replies - but most of the time will stop responding to the server altogether - causing the connection to cease and the client to boot you back to the login screen.

Partial solution:  Run the main WOWS executable in 'Compatibility' mode for 'Win98/Me' - which solves the network issues (allowing you to play the game) but causes a few extra issues with sound in games.   (Not that I'm complaining as its the first time I can reliably connect to the server since December :) )

Might be worth adding use of 'Compatibility' mode as a possible solution for anyone else with persistent drop-outs and connection issues who is also running a 64-bit OS?

Noticed a new bug, where you are trying to complete the aa/ airplane daily challenge of shooting down 20/20 planes.   I was doing random battles shooting down 5-8 planes per battle and they were registering or just registering 1 kill.  Not a big bug, but one just the same.

Thanks for that - will update my ticket as it tends to point at the interaction between the AMD 770 chipset drivers and the WOWS client - rather than being CPU / OS based.  I have tried both the original manufacturers network drivers, and updated to the latest realtek drivers but its only the WOWS client that's exhibiting any odd behaviour - all other games and network connectivity is fine.

Unless I run the WOWS client in compatibility mode its almost like the client is storing its packets, then sending them out in occasional bursts instead of it sending a continuous stream to the server.

The fact that my client was working fine with the game until the micro patch around Nov 25th 2014 means that something must have changed in the client application - as I've tried everything else up to and including a fresh OS install on my PC (using the network drivers from the Microsoft update centre) and the network connectivity problems persist regardless of what else I do to the PC or OS!
