You can access this system simply through the support page with your account: https://eu.wargaming.net/support/ You will find here the Frequently Asked Questions and the possibility to submit a Ticket to the customer support of wargaming.net. As a tester for World of Warships you will also have access to the new World of Warships Ticket queue where you can submit your reports on bugs, crashes and other issues you encounter during the tests, so we can investigate and fix those issues. To do so just click on the “My Tickets” tab. This will change the page where you can few your existing tickets or create a new one. Please follow the steps for the ticket creation. Make sure that you select the correct category. Please create the ticket in English as other languages are not supported yet. It is important that we will get appropriate data on the found issue. Here are the categories and data we will need from you: Game Crash: Crash related issues where the client is closed/crashed. The file is located in your World of Warships installation folder and it is a txt file. Please note that this file can become pretty big as every data from every session is recoded in it. This can cause issues with uploading the file to the ticket system as it only allow files up to 800KB in size. Please try to compress the file with Winrar or Winzip. You can also delete the old data from the file. A data set is numbered starting from 0:0.0 to X:X.X . Where to find the Crash dump file. The crash dump is a debug file which records the actions of the program and help a developer to find a reason for a crash. It is a file with the ending .dmp . World of Warships create such files in case of a crash. Those files are stored in the CRASHES folder within the installation folder of World of Warships. The client will create it automatically when a crash happen and a dump file was created. Screenshots: Please create screenshots as JPG or PNG format. You can submit screenshots up to 2 MB size. Important for reproduction steps: Please provide the following information: 1. Initial state – setup of your client etc. 2. All the actions before the error occurred 3. Description of error state – what exactly happen when the issue shows up. 4.
