Ranked rigging .. What does WG say ?

So, after playing a day of ranked i noticed one pesky thing. Clans are already hanging out on TS and timing battles so they end up in one game and rig it. I saw multiple clans today that had 5-6 players in one game, with mostly 4 or so on one team. Also noticed that most of the time they won't shoot their clanmates in order to let them have highest xp on the losing team so they don't lose their star. 

 

What is WG's official stance to that ? I remember some CC posted something that this is punishable, but im not sure if i remember correctly. Can i send in replays to support or will it be for nothing as always ?

Just want to jump in here to clarify our stance on this issue.

 

If they sync their queuing and then end up doing their best to get a win for their team, we have no issue with it at all. As many of you know, some of the most competitive games happen when you have an opponent you know on the enemy team.

 

If on the other hand they helped clan mates on the other team in any way it is a serious rule violation. In that case, you'll need to send a replay to support and explain exactly how they rigged and when. They will then be banned.

Send replays to support (timestamp of moments when you suspect they've been deliberately ignoring clanmates as targets).

 

Douchecanoes like that give  clans a bad reputation everywhere!

Cause we know that we'll be getting rid of a dangerous opponent.

Aye all for it mate, as has been said it gives clans as a whole a bad name and that's not good at all. As for me in glad I haven't come across any fellow members yet, i'd be [edited] me pants if I did  considering the scores they're getting haha

Got to 12 and only once seen 2 people from 1 clan and they were pn opposite teams and the CV went straight for the BB

Or are you saying you saw the same in your match?

I'm also curious as to what sort of "ban" they will expect to see. Is this a ban from the ranked season, or a game ban for several days or what? At the moment the reporting function simply gives you a chat ban at worse....

We do this, but most of the time we go against each other, and i've yet to see someone help their clanmates on the enemy team. If anyting we and those i¨ve seen actually focus their clanmates. But again. it makes no difference. If you end up on a team with potatoes it's lost anyways.  Guss this is what happens when there is no clan battles

The developer WellDone mentioned in similar thread about clan rigging on the RU forum that since the first Ranked Season, there is an individual random up to 24 seconds delay on entry of every player that is supposed to take care of 1/2/3 entry, but that this does not always work when the number of players is sufficiently low.

but even if they "are shooting on his clan members" the team that will have lets say 2 or 3 clan members will have huge advantage over enemy team with normal player's setup -- because clan member  will be on TS and will syncro every action ( like 2 Belfast with smoke and DD to spot for eg. )  - if you are against team like that, you won't win

We have to be careful to not open a witchhunt on people that have done nothing wrong BUUUUUUUUUUT A LOT of our guys have reported to me that they experienced smth similar in their games... which is kinda sad.

you don't even need clans for that at all, you just need this rare and elusive thing called "friends"... which can include members of two separate clans btw...

I have never heard anything to indicate there are different rules for ranked, mostly though I think due to the up to 20s random delay for ranked battles ( post on a Q&A, Babykim linked to it but I can't find the post now ).
