Best premium for fun, grinding and competitive sport?

Hi all,

 

Just wanted to spark a bit of conversation about the best (currently available) premium in WoWs. I am guilty of being a bit frivelous myself, and I am no expert, but I just wanted to see what people think the most fun, competitive and grindy premium ship.

I would recommend Scharnhorst.

Good survivabiltiy, quite nice guns with fast reload and torpedoes that are just awesome where the battle comes to 1vs1 with other BBs.

But what do you mean by saying, that WG doesn't allow the inclusion of ships below tier 5? If it's a joke, then I'm sorry, but I don't get it!

Voted Blyska, belfast and sharnhorst. Atago and Murmansk are also great but suffer a terrible MM, at least I do.

The Blyska is useless as a captain trainer since it's the only Polish ship ingame, but it's my favourite Premium and one of the best DDs ingame.

Do not buy Tirpitz, total waste of money. Bismarck is better in every aspect and is free. I would get Scharnhorst, but in current state where every moron in your team hides and snipes accross the map, you will most probably be left alone while pushing and die as ita gun are useless at long range.

It seems as though the Scharnhorst and the Belfast are very strong; I just thought they were solid ships (wow, was I wrong!)

I disagree. I'm fairly inexperienced with BBs and don't have the Bismarck yet, but I've already lots of fun with the Lonely Queen of the North.

I learned the game with the Kutuzov, it teaches you just about everything really. Great ship

I am only including ships you can currently buy (e.g. no Gremlin, Kamikaze, Graf Spaghetti e.t.c.)

I have both and believe me, Bismarck is better in every aspect you can think of. Except of premium xp and money earning, but that is to be expected.

Good point, but premiums are not meant to be better than their free counterparts, or the game would become pay-to-win.

It look till now i only woted Dunkeurqe . For me it is very very strong and fun ship to play with NC playstile and 100% gun uptime. Very solid earner for t6 ship too. Futur trainer of Fr navy.

The Atlanta is fun. The Saipan is perfect for competitive. The Tirpitz is the one I play if I need to grind.

The Atlanta is fun. The Saipan is perfect for competitive. The Tirpitz is the one I play if I need to grind.

I like the Dunkerque. It's a solid battle cruiser and yes, a good trainer. I don't know about the Atlanta, I don't have it, but I've heard it's great but very unforgiving.

The Dunkek is a good choice. However if you want the best it is the Scharnhorst. 

The Atlanta is a fun little machine but its not an easy one to play due to its range, defensive capabilities and concealment. 

The Belfast is a great choice if you fancy a Cruiser.
