Great changes in last patch, I can seal club even better now? Or, how about I don't play and tell them they suck at understanding their own meta and thus fail to properly balance it. [H_FAN] Gnirf Players 3,293 posts 67,255 battles Report post #79 Posted January 21, 2017 Voted Tier 3 Cruisers = Bogatyr w 16 p captain (DE, AFT), speed flag Other choices : Chikuma T2 w 18 p captain (1400+ games) Nikolai T4 w 11 p captain Umikaze w CE and 4,9 base is useful also but I dont feel that she is really same killer of many ships, not for me anyway as the torps damage are too small and slow.
