They did note refute a single one of issues we raised for how it will effect the game, which go far beyond IJN DDs and here we are anyway. You could quite clearly see people going through the classic Denial, Anger, Bargaining & Depression process over in the PT feedback, all of which was blithely ignored. Of course the final stage is normally Acceptance but WG seem to fail to realize that we don't have to accept it, we can take our money elsewhere. The Mrs, who is exceedingly bored with my going on endlessly about this, described my mood last night as "jovial contempt." That might not be ideal but it's a lot more fun than being upset about things & I guess I'll be free to explore some other games now. Edit: According to PTS survey, the majority of players are satisfied or happy with skill changes (with RU giving the worst grades, BTW). According to our own conclusions, changes are good, too. And here we see there are people who stated that changes are good, and RPF is not broken When did that survey happen??? I'm tempted by this, moving the Fletcher captain might be a bit much but I have an 11 point Cleveland captain that's not used anymore, now the question is: Sampson; Wickes; Clemson? Could be a good way to protest, WG want to make the game simple and easy for new players, a mass influx of multi-thousand game veterans into T3 might complicate this. EDIT and seems WG EU have pulled it down. Also lists Catapult fighter working time for Battleships reduced to 90 seconds just like NA. God only knows why they have a test server at all, with their "we know best" attitude this game will go the same was as WoWP. So, next steps are; 1. No more purchasing of premium time 2. No more purchasing of premium ships 3. No more purchasing of Dubloons, guess the Missouri will have to wait forever. 4. Re-purchase a low tier gunboat DD, equip RDF and RUIN the experience of new players at tier 3 on-wards. WG, if the new players think they hit a wall at tier3 because they see tier4 ships, they ain't see nothing yet.... WG you are a bunch of clowns.
