Rofl leningrad has far better torps, and is better overall (small differences but still - rudder time, camo, range, traverse...) i dont have it and i will always prefer (old) Kiev solution 3x2 over 5x1 of Minsk (and yes Minsk IS (much) worse than Leningrad, what a surprise ... if Lenigrad will be ingame for some discount i will go for it to be honest, just hate those 4km torps on DD with spot range 7km+ ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

T5-6 I don't see any reason to keep as you're just getting some extra speed over the old Gnevny at t5 but loose out on a lot of DPM compared to old Gnevny. At t6 you basically just get the old Gnevny without it having any real buffs over when she was at t5. Minsk I did really like, but you have to be able to cope with the turret traverse to enjoy her. Actually quite like the ognevoi theres a lot of interesting options - can get the detection down to around 6km while having long range good arc guns, huge AA umbrella if you spec for it, 10km torps that have 1.1km detection (but are very slow).
