And if you don't do it, it's just THE T8 Tashkent. And that thing is way worse than the Udaloi.

Ognevoy with just 4 guns and 6 torp tubes seemed kinda weak for T8. But I really can't understand why they didn't put Ognevoy on T7, with better torps and Skoryi/Smelyi class at T8. Skoryi/Smelyi was very similar to Ognevoy but it already have two quintuple torp launchers. Anyway I quite like Ognevoy so I'm interested would it be as good at T8. For example, if I have elited Udaloi does that mean I get Grozovoi unlocked? if I own an Udaloi now do I get an Udaloi and a Tashkent after the patch? For example, if I have elited Udaloi does that mean I get Grozovoi unlocked? if I own an Udaloi now do I get an Udaloi and a Tashkent after the patch? Don't know yet about ships, but for commanders : • If a player had Commanders with specialization in Gnevny V before the update, then the Commanders will be retrained to have specialization in Podvoisky V. In addition, a Commander with 15,300 Commander XP (6 skill points) and specialization in Gnevny VI plus a place in the Reserve will be added to the player’s account • If a player had Commanders with specialization in Ognevoi VI before the update, then the Commanders will be retrained to have specialization in Gnevny VI. In addition, a Commander with 40,900 Commander XP (8 skill points) and specialization in Ognevoi VIII plus a place in the Reserve will be added to the player’s account • If a player had Commanders with specialization in Kiev VII before the update, then the Commanders will be retrained to have specialization in Minsk VII. In addition, a Commander with 40,900 Commander XP (8 skill points) and specialization in Kiev VIII plus a place in the Reserve will be added to the player’s account • If a player had Commanders with specialization in Tashkent VIII before the update, then the Commanders will be retrained to have specialization in Kiev VIII. In addition, a Commander with 65,900 Commander XP (9 skill points) and specialization in Tashkent IX plus a place in the Reserve will be added to the player’s account • If a player had Commanders with specialization in Udaloi IX before the update, then the Commanders will be retrained to have specialization in Tashkent IX. If a player had purchased Kiev VII and Tashkent VIII, then a bonus in the amount of 8,800,000 Credits will be added to the player’s account. Not because it is big fat target without gun range and can't turn But hey i love additional 18% to dpm on Kebab , not sure if our Bbaby firends are happy but who cares? And one more thing , if they buff firepower on Udaloy then Grozovoi will be straight downgrade to Udaloy , worse guns, worse firewpoer, worse range , slightly better torps Edited February 26, 2017 by KaraMon
[BONI] MoveZig Players 1,622 posts 20,823 battles Report post #73 Posted February 27, 2017 I'm expecting a full brief tomorrow to explain what the split will be like. Kinda hard to make plans now when I don't know: - Will I get to keep my Kiev or will it be scrapped for credits/replaced by Minsk? - If I don't get to keep it, will ship XP carrry over to Minsk? - If the captain gets retrained for Minsk, will the skill points at least be refunded? (man I'll be pissed if they don't, that ship is going to need EM) Ideally I'd get to keep my Ognevoi so I can get straight to the new branch without having to grind through nu-Leningrad, but I'm not counting on it. I hope that at least I'll get to respec.
