And the torpedo launching arc is terrible, worse than Khaba's one. It has access to Engine booster too. And it has gun traverse speed of 8 deg/s. The only downside is 9,5s reloading time. But with 42kt in tier 5, you can kite anything.... Yes, it is, all the 5 turrets of Podvoisky can turn 360 degrees, Even Gremy cannot do that. The premium Okhotnik has more guns but it's hard to get all 7 guns to fire the same time due to limited gun traverse angle and much worse gun traverse.
