It was a win-win i guess nevertheless. so you sell ship that give you 250-500k credit per game AND also wil give you gold if you get 2 of the same, so if get for eg 2x Warspite you could buy 60 or 90 days of premium for gold for that ship !?!??! I did convert some free XP with the x35 rate a few weeks ago but that was only with about 6000 dubs which is around 200k. I touroughly loath that ship yet I try to force myself to play it once a day so maybe I'll be able to get to Des Moines 1 day. Not having high hopes after the torture of P, NO and B. Didn't someone point out that the NY camos (non-permanent variety) were worse than the permanent +XP camos for getting free XP? I'll edit in a link if I can find the post with the calculations. EDIT: Turns out it's not actually that bad. But the thread is worth a read if you want to get the most out of your camo. Although I wonder if the Tirp camo from the Convoy gives a better overall bonus as it's 50% more base so and 100% free as opposed to a flat 200% free. And that is before I unlocked the new 2nd perm camo with huge free XP gain for the Tirpitz- now it makes even less sense to put it on there. I use it on some of my keeper ships (Cleveland, Hosho, Montana), I did have it on the Fuso and Leander but got free perm camos for them and then I have it on a couple of my grind ships (Taiho, FdG and Ibuki). Most ships it doesn't make sense to put it on though even though I have a gazillion to use up e.g. Essex/NO have +100% XP to speed up the grind, Fiji only has 13pt captain so wouldn't use it until I get CE, Kiev already has horrible camo and I'm not making it worse... in fact I refuse to put it on any DD. I have Missouri and built back to 300k+ free exp. Maybe they will do the same for another ship so I can use it along with my 541 Papa Papa flags. That said I have started putting those on ships with captains that are fully skilled up just to make it look pretty with flags on. Also have 43 reserve slots that have come from containers...
