The population has been spiked by the hunt the Bismarck campaign, it will settle down again once it's over. Some bonus missions which reward CC players should help as well.

Nelson is sea-sawing between tier VI and VIII depending on who you ask, and everyone thinks the Conqueror will be UP. Lion, meanwhile, has been relatively ignored...

It's tier 8, yes. But the guns are listed as 14"... Although in performance they're 15" guns. 18.15 km range, 27.77 second reload, 1.8 sigma. AP does 11900 damage (high for a 15" gun, nevermind a 14" gun), HE rated at 6300 damage, with 95mm of penetration (a 15" gun with German penetration boost would get you that).

 

I assume they obey the same overmatch rules as 15" guns, but I don't know for sure.

14" guns as stock and 15" when upgraded, though Wargaming.net need to work on making the 15" guns detached from the B hull and making them the 3x3 and not the unrealistic 2x4, 1x2 set up, but we can expect WG to make bad decisions time and again as is with the L2 when the Lion 1945, equipped with 3x3 16" and 12x2 4.5" RP10 guns, would be a better fit.

I see Orion as a T4.3, but the alternative Colossus is a T3.3, easier to nerf 0.3 than buff 0.7 IMO.

I'm not sure on Conqueror, reckon she's either UP or gimmick-cruiser-line 2.0. Kinda hoped cruisers would be the gimmick limit.

L2 though, with Vanguard style Modernisation, is a very interesting choice anyway, most people, even if we disagree over the placement of the KGV, can probably agree that the L3 would have been a better choice.

 

 

And personally I'd have placed in the same line as Nelson, M2 and N3 rather than after the Lion 1944.

Lion looks decent, her citadel is nice and snugly packed underwater. The newly buffed Iowa & Montana wish theres were so nice.

Just Wargaming screwing up again, they need to split both guns and have the 15" guns in 3x3 set up rather than the unrealistic 2x4 and 1x2 set up.

As of now, there is no gun upgrade. There's just what's essentially a 4-2-4 setup of 15" guns that are labeled as 14" guns
