Missions 28 December - 04 January: WEEKLY MISSIONS: Prepare for the New Year! The missions must flow - even in the new year! 04 January - 11 January: WEEKLY MISSIONS: Operation Excess Styled after one of numerous British attempts to resupply the island of Malta. You may need your aircraft handling skill for this mission! 11 January - 18 January: WEEKLY MISSIONS: Battle of Imbros Destroyers and mines were crucial for this battle - get your torpedoes ready! 18 January - 25 January: WEEKLY MISSIONS: Battle of Dogger Bank To commemorate this battlecruiser clash you will need to prime your main battery. 25 January - 01 February: WEEKLY MISSIONS: Battle of Rennel Island Aircrafts and anti-aircraft guns will play main role - get your air superiority loadouts ready! Specials 30 December - 03 January: SPECIAL: Happy New Year! Celebrate the beginning of 2017 with a bang! 07 January - 10 January: SPECIAL: The German Fleet Name says it all, right? 14 January - 17 January: SPECIAL: The American Fleet Missing any US Navy ships to the collection? 21 January - 24 January: SPECIAL: The Japanese Fleet Boost your progress through the Japanese tree! 28 January - 31 January: SPECIAL: Discounts and Dragons (flags)! The Chinese New Year is upon us - and Dragon flags are always handy, right? And to top it off, our usual historical calendar - also featuring the upcoming Premium cruiser Oleg! If the NA can provide a general requirement list (Ships from Tier blabla onwards) and a general reward list (you can earn, XP, flags,...), shouldn't you be able to do so as well? Remember the Santa Convoy debacle and how it all boiled down to "flaws/lack in communication", this is a first opportunity for WG-EU to redeem itself in that department. It's a small step, but a necessary one. That being said: it looks reasonably well stuffed, but we'll see what (nasty) surprises the mission-requirements will deliver us, or what content the EU-specials will lack compared to the NA-specials. I can already see the NA having AGAIN a repeatable XP-boost mission (which eases the grind for the Graf Spee Campaign AND the Santa Convoy considerably) which lasts a full month (weekly class focus), where the EU gets denied that opportunity. But secondly and more importantly 'very nice events that should match the quality of the other servers' how about not they should but that WILL, very nice events that WILL match the quality of other servers, hell you guys are failing at the most pedestrian of tasks you literally have to do nothing but copy paste either NA or SEA server's calendar and it would be an improvement. Keep in mind that the NA don't have a weekly-mission, but they do have a monthly mission with nice rewards for casual requirements. Kandly/Cynd3r/Ph3lan/Conway: when will we see such missions, with casual requirements, instead of the RNG-luckfests that our Weekly Missions are? However the last couple require too much of a stars aligning for me. Requiring a 140k game is fine imo, as is requiring 3/4 kills. However making them both in the same missions makes them very much a luck fest. When they hanged them in December they said they'd look at the completion rates. Hopefully you'll have enough data soon for planning Feb/march ones (presumably they're planned.2-4 months in advance ) and maybe adjusting the format slightly. I edited that Post when i remembered that WGEU always had little competence when it comes to providing us with information about events until its to late ( a day before the event acutally starts)... so i gave them benefit of the doubt here and assumed that their " Announcement" just don´t includes the ships. BUT and this is a HUGE BUT ( Oh my God Becky look at that BUT ) : With recent Events in Mind , yes i am talking about the Santa Convoy just in case the Event Team can´t remember, we must assume that we are getting shafted here and we won´t get a chance to earn these Ships, until we start a massive Riot( again ). So yes , sharpen the pitchforks , keep the torches handy and let them know that we won´t take " No Dragon Ships for EU " as an answer. And this is for the ones who say: " oh i don´t want another Myoko so i don´t care ", that´s fine don´t care about the ships but you should care about the community that stood with you when we " fought " for the Santa Convoy. To be honest, the rewards for all the missions are for me. not worth grinding for a T4 CV. My CV skills are pathetic, and I guess that goes for a majority of the player base.
