Help, Ship stuck in battle

A friend & myself in division got stuck in the battle loading screen, could not get out and back to port, so shut the game down and reloaded it, now the ship we went into battle with is still "In Battle, but we can not take another ship into battle??, just will not let us, any ideas???

It has been over 4 hours now and still unable to play, come on WG, get your finger out and sort it please, one very unhappy player :-(

Send a ticket to support and hope it gets fixed before they see it. I had this once, but it sorted itself out in an hour or two. Four hours is way too long. Anything longer than 20 minutes is too long...

Btw, you may be able to close your session here: https://eu.wargaming.net/personal/sessions/ and that may fix it. Can't hurt to try.

All sorted now, did not work till this morning though, a pretty nasty glitch, think it was caused by being in a clan division and when server changed over, but at least now back up and running. Mind you, unhappy with WG as they have still not answered my ticket???
