Use single launch torps to keep BB maneuvering frantically, sink per ramming. Btw, I'm at ~1300 speed flags. They seem to be more or less the default setting when I get a super-container. Mostly because you have to close to 6km to torp so you get instances when people try to ram you instead. However, my lack of wanting to play other classes should not reflect on what is an excellent gaming attribute - FREE containers! This is a great gesture from WG. I wish there was a 'SOS chest' that I could contribute my unused flags and consumables to. I just randomly fly the Witherer flag on every ship that is somewhat HE related, and the Liquidator flags on CVs. Aside from Die Hard, these were the most worthless flags I could get. Isn't it about time we had the option of junking them for a few creds? These flags are from useless. The 'flooding-flag' I use on CVs. The 'fire-flags' I use on DDs and CA/CLs. Those 2% extra fire chance are especially useful on CA/CLs with a low basic fire chance (e.g. Yorck, New Orleans ...). Simples (though you will detonate sometimes I think, its very effective at countering the generally meh HE without having DE) OR mount them all on IJN CAs if you are really evil.
