If it's just the evidence/receipt of you having owned the Arkansas Beta that's the issue, you could point him towards your account profile that says you're a beta tester. I'm not aware of any specifics, but the Arkansas Beta was a reward ship for those who participated in the, well ... beta. Long shot if they already told you off once, but could be worth a try. Though if you really sold it so long ago, I'm not sure if they even have any obligation to return it even if you would want to claim the free restoration (whose details I don't know yet again). You essentially have to meet the nicest support person in the department to get a shot at getting the Arkansas Beta back I'm afraid and even the most goodwill can't help you if the supervisor is breathing down the operators neck ... anonym_u5USg8CcK96I Players 182 posts Report post #8 Posted December 12, 2016 When the game went into open beta I sold it thinking I would just grind up to the higher tiers and never play low tier again.However since playing this game I've developed an interest in naval history and World War 1 dreadnoughts.Also I've found that I much prefer the low tier gameplay over high tier, so for these reasons (historical and gameplay) I would love the AB back again. Even if I dont use them, I have them there for fun, so If I want to play anytime to relax myself i can do so. Top tiers are usually stressing the hell out of anybody. Not really with the AB becaus it was a reward ship for Beta testers, with the other Prems it sure would help to have battels in it. I think it was 50 battles or something. Since beta stats are still visible in people's profile it should be 'easy' to see if OP was given one as reward. Not sure if support would deem that enough though. Also, there seems to be different policies about these situations on different servers, I think I heard that NA let's you buy back premiums ONCE if you sold it ( and if you have enough silver in your account at the moment you request it ). But I have never seen an official EU policy on it. @OP if I were you I would try to get into contact with one of the community managers, it's usually a lot easier to talk with them then with different people at support.
